What we fly

Four service lines. One mobilization.

Most sites need more than one deliverable. Mapping, progress imagery, inspection detail and marketing aerials can all come off a single flight — so you pay for one trip, not four.

01 — Mapping & Surveying

Orthomosaics, topography & cut/fill

Measurable, georeferenced site data for feasibility, underwriting and design — current imagery, not stale county aerials.

  • High-resolution orthomosaic site maps
  • Surface models (DSM/DTM) and contour generation
  • Cut, fill and dirt-balance against your concept grade
  • Volumetrics for stockpiles and material tracking
  • RTK / PPK positioning for tighter accuracy

02 — Construction Progress

Documentation your pay apps can stand on

Recurring, repeatable jobsite coverage from consistent vantage points, so progress is directly comparable month over month.

  • Scheduled progress flights on your cadence
  • Same-angle captures for true visual comparison
  • Stored-materials and equipment documentation
  • Branded PDF summary reports for owners and lenders
  • Organized cloud delivery, labeled by date and area

03 — Inspections

Roof, tower, solar & commercial property

Close-range imagery of hard-to-reach components, documented in a clear report — no ladders, no climbs, no shutdowns.

  • Residential and commercial roof condition surveys
  • Hail, wind and wear damage documented for adjusters
  • Cell tower, antenna and elevated structure inspection
  • Solar array condition and pre/post-install assessment
  • Facade and facility documentation for property managers

04 — Real Estate & Marketing Media

Aerials that sell the property

High-resolution stills and cinematic video that show lot lines, surroundings and scale — the things ground-level photos can't.

  • Aerial stills for listings, brochures and MLS
  • Cinematic orbit and reveal video, edited and color-graded
  • Land and lot marketing for developers and brokers
  • Community launch and JV partner deck imagery
  • Interior and ground photography available on the same visit

The money item

Cut & fill, before you're committed.

Land goes under contract on conceptual plans drawn without topography or ground data — and earthwork, the biggest swing in whether a deal pencils, stays a guess until real money is spent.

From the flight we build a surface model of your raw grade, run it against your proposed pad or finished-grade plan, and return cubic-yardage cut, fill and dirt balance. That's the difference between a defensible earthwork line in underwriting and a placeholder that blows up the budget after closing.

Days
Deliverables back inside your option period, while the data can still change a decision
1 flight
Maps, topography, earthwork and marketing aerials from a single mobilization

RTK / PPK workflow available where the job calls for tighter accuracy

Where this fits — the honest version. This is decision-grade data for feasibility, underwriting and internal approvals. It is not a replacement for the sealed boundary and topographic work required for final engineering and platting. Get the early read that shapes the deal; bring in the sealed, licensed work on the sites worth closing.

Why A&G TX Media

Built for people who have to make a call.

01

Days, not weeks

Deliverables land inside your option period, your pay-app cutoff, or your adjuster's window — early enough to change a decision, not just confirm a regret.

02

One mobilization

Maps, topography, earthwork numbers, inspection detail and marketing aerials off the same flight, at a low and predictable cost per deliverable.

03

Same pilot, every visit

You get Evan on every flight. Same vantage points, same framing, same organized delivery — your record stays consistent from first visit to final punch.

04

Certified and insured

FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, fully insured, and flown in compliance with airspace and jobsite requirements. Certificates provided on request.

05

Cheap enough to screen with

Priced so you can fly every parcel you're evaluating — not just the few that make it to closing.

06

Straight about scope

We'll tell you when a job needs a licensed surveyor instead of a drone. You get an honest read on what this data can and can't carry.

How it works

From first call to deliverables.

Scope the site

Send the address or parcel, the acreage, and what decision the data has to support. Quote back same or next business day.

Plan & clear the flight

Airspace authorization, site coordination and safety planning handled before wheels up. Nothing for your team to manage.

Fly the site

One mobilization capturing everything the scope calls for — mapping passes, progress imagery, inspection detail and marketing aerials.

Process & deliver

Processed products and reports delivered by secure cloud link, organized and labeled. Rush turnaround available when the clock matters.

Service area

Based in DFW. Willing to travel.

A&G TX Media operates across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas, and travels for multi-site and out-of-market work throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Not sure whether your site is in range? Send the address — if it's a drive, we'll tell you what travel adds before you commit.

Questions

Before you call.

How fast can you get out to a site?

Most DFW-area sites can be flown within a few business days of the go-ahead, weather and airspace permitting. Processed deliverables typically follow within a few days of the flight, and rush turnaround is available when you're up against an option-period, pay-app or claim deadline.

Can this replace a licensed land survey?

No — and we'll say so plainly. Drone-derived topography, contours and earthwork estimates are decision-grade data for feasibility, underwriting and internal approvals. Sealed boundary and topographic work for final engineering, platting and recording still requires a licensed surveyor. Use us for the early read that shapes the deal, and bring in the sealed work on the sites worth closing.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. A&G TX Media LLC operates under an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and carries commercial drone liability insurance. Certificates of insurance and certification can be provided for your project file or jobsite requirements before the first flight.

What accuracy can I expect from your mapping?

Standard GPS-based mapping is well suited to visual documentation, planning and relative measurement. For projects where tighter accuracy matters, we fly an RTK / PPK workflow targeting roughly 1–2 cm relative accuracy. We'll recommend which one your job actually needs rather than defaulting to the more expensive option.

What do I actually receive?

It depends on scope, but typically some combination of: georeferenced orthomosaic site maps, digital surface and terrain models, contour files, cut/fill and volumetric reports, high-resolution stills, edited video, and a written inspection or progress report. Everything is delivered by secure cloud link, organized and labeled by date and area.

Do you handle airspace authorization near DFW airports?

Yes. North Texas is dense with controlled airspace, and airspace authorization, LAANC requests and flight planning are handled as part of the job. If a site can't be legally flown, you'll hear it from us before you're invoiced — not after.

Can you fly the same site on a recurring schedule?

That's a core part of what we do. Recurring construction progress flights are captured from consistent, repeatable vantage points so month-to-month comparison is meaningful. Visits can be aligned with your pay application cutoff, and scheduled monthly, biweekly, or by milestone.

How does pricing work?

Every site is quoted individually based on acreage, deliverables, accuracy requirements, travel and turnaround. Send the parcel and what you need the data to do, and you'll get a clear, itemized quote — usually same or next business day, with no obligation.
